Hello, I am Sarah and I'm so glad you're here.
My goal is to support you in your journey of finding your purpose, your calling, your passion, your-self. Honestly, as cliche as that sounds, I know what I have to offer will help you understand you better. My goal is to facilitate space and organize topics so that you can begin a journey to deeper understanding of yourself.I have spent the last 15 years journeying through my past to heal pieces of me I lost along the way, the pieces of me that were taken, shut down, held back, and conditioned out of me by the systems around me. I have also been creating a family, raising children, and tending to a 17 year long relationship with my best friend and husband. When my children were young, I decided to go to college....again. I received my AA and BA in psychology, minoring in Sociology. I am passionate about yoga, meditation, writing, art, and connection.I know that my passion lies in helping people find what they are looking for in life, and I am creating community because I know that we all have so much to offer to one another. We benefit more in groups with varying perspectives and ideas.We grow here in sacred connection; we bloom together.My work compliments the vision at Tre Bella in Auburn, by offering a psychological perspective along with the sacred energetic modalities and somatic body work practice.
